To apply, simply complete the PDF application form and then e-mail to caroline@aspiregraduates.co.uk. Your application form will then be reviewed by our Graduate Recruitment Team.

aspire - Selection Process

There are several stages to our selection process.

Completion of a PDF Application Form
Closing date for completed applications - Friday, 5th July 2013
Applications will then be assessed based on degree subject, grade, driving licence, work experience, aspxirations and summary text
Selected candidates will take part in a 30 minute telephone interview.
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide an electronic CV
Completion of an online SHL verbal and numeric assessment
Final short list will then be agreed with invitations being sent out to one of two Assessment Centres

Assessment Centres

If you are successful in getting through to our Assessment Centres stage, we will invite you to a company open day where you will have an opportunity to meet with senior managers, directors and former graduates and gain first hand experience of the culture and visions of the business.

The assessment centres will include:

Panel interview
Presentation
Group exercise/s
Individual exercises/s
Occupational personality questionnaire profile
